In its first three investment Funds Norstar arranged equity and debt financing for a newbuilding programme of 14 specialized tankers.

Norstar also performed all aspects of fleet management, chartering and administration including newbuilding supervision, commercial and technical management, crewing, maintenance, repair, capital expenditures, dry docking, compliance, insurance placement & claims handling and budgeting & vessel accounting.
